Start from 1972, when TOYO awarded 300,000 MT/Y Ethylene cracker project in Yanshan, Beijing, China, TOYO has been proactively involved in the engineering business in China. Immediately after Chinese government issued an open policy of engineering & contracting business to the foreign invested company as a part of WTO commitment, TOYO established the enterprise in China and has got the first engineering license as a wholly foreign owned company.   

The contracting & engineering industry has the same years of history with human being; it is one of the oldest and still developing industries.
